The Winter Orchestra Concert took place in the Bill Medley Auditorium on December 8 as Concert Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, and the Philharmonic Orchestra performed.

They performed various pieces including “Canyon Sunset,” “Trepak” from the Nutcracker Suite, “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” medley, and more. 

Orchestra practiced for months and family and friends filled the audience to support their loved ones  The event was detailed and had a peaceful vibe throughout the night. 

A supporting parent in the crowd stated that he was “proud of his son and all his hard work.” He was excited to finally see his child perform.

By the end of the night , Nadia Cons, a sophomore performer, admitted that it was “ difficult but grateful to collaborate with people more experienced.” 

There will be more orchestra performances during Spring semester.
