The Super Mario Bros. Movie was recently released on April 5, 2023 in theaters.

I expected good things just from seeing the trailers and I got what I expected. I loved all the easter eggs that were included with old school Nintendo. 

The story was very simple, which I didn’t mind and the movie was extremely fast paced and definitely leaves you wanting more by the end of it.

I liked how it started with Mario and Luigi trying to start their own business.

There were some “emotional” scenes in the movie, like the part where Luigi thinks of Mario and himself as babies and how Mario always sticks up for his younger brother. I think everything in this movie was spot on accurate to Mario as a franchise.

It’s definitely the perfect family movie and it’s perfect for anyone who loves Mario.
