A ribbon cutting ceremony took place at Santa Ana High on October 26, celebrating the beginning of the school’s three-year construction project.

Cheer, choir and band all performed for Santa Ana Unified school district administrators.

The construction projects include a new attendance office, wellness center, and band room, among other improvements.

“Super excited to see the outcome of the new construction works,” Assistant Principal De Los Santos said. “This is something that every administrator was waiting for.”

There were many district employees in attendance, showing their pride and happiness about the work that will be happening soon. They took many photos and spoke with each other, as well as the students who performed, asking them how they feel about the new model set to come.

Construction is now underway.
