Attention Saints: The Prom Giving Boutique is back.
The library will soon begin accepting donations for the 2024 Prom Giving Boutique.
The event gives students the opportunity to pick up some essential prom items for free ahead of the big night. Those who donate can also receive community service hours.
Accepted items for donation include dresses, gowns, dress pants, pant suits, suits, tuxedos, dress jackets, new makeup, unused accessories, and more.
Donations will be ongoing and the boutique will open up after spring break.
Last years event was largely successful and the same is expected this time around. Hair, makeup, nails, and haircuts were offered for free by appointment. Look for more details on this year’s offerings as Prom nears.
2024 tickets are available in the activities office for $150. The theme is “The Last Waltz” and Prom is going to be on Saturday, April 20 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach.
